ACTS will start a series of production training programme on a number of aluminium systems.

The Programme consists of:
Theory: Introduction to aluminium industries, materials required and handling, costing and more
Practical: The trainee will manufacture the product being trained (window, patio door, shopfront) from scratch

- Systems to be trained at any particular time will be communicated
Trainees to bring their own profiles for practicals
Training on each system will also cover the following:
- Aluminium extrusions that get used
- All hardware that gets fitted
- How to calculate the cutting measurement
- Know your costing
- How to assemble
- How to cut and glaze the glass
- How to finish off
